Overall not bad

Ordered a Rolex Submariner in March 2011. Had to contact customer service and they replied with an estimated time of delivery. Received the watch, looked as promised and working. Had the band adjusted to fit. I have had a few cosmetic issues that were easily fixed. I wear it 98% of the time and during the summer I wear it swimming has always kept the time. Considering I paid $129, as opposed to 6-7K, have put it through it's paces and almost 3 years later it is still working fine I would have to say it's not a bad watch

Stay away from Jessicareplicas.com!!

Update: 30 days later and still zero communication from them. I have sent 17 emails and tried to call their \'number\' no one ever picks up.

I have 2 *** watches and one that doesn\'t work and is broken. They will not communicate with me so I am left scammed.

Please stay away from this horrible website and go somewhere else. They are going to rip you off too.

Ordered 3 watches from them. Took forever to arrive with zero communication (they did charge my card immediately though). They sent me a tracking number 3 weeks after ordering and charging my card but never any order confirmation. The live chat on the site is non exsistant and the phone number is long distance. One watch was wrong and broken. I have to date sent 24 emails and not one has been replied to. They have totally ignored that my watch is defective. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. The watches are of mediocre quality but customer service is horrendous...non exsistant really.

Very Very Poor Customer Service Big Scam

I ordered a Rolex Explorer from Jessica Replicas and it was horrible!! First of all they (China) sent me the wrong model. Second, the watch they sent is not working. The date does not function and the crown fell off!! I have been trying to work with them for over (are you ready for this) six months and they still put me on hold. At last resort they said it would be too much of a pain to send the broken watch back so they offered a deep discount on another watch. They have not said what model or what discount. If you are looking for real *** merchandise with NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS, Jessica Replicas is the place to be. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!

Pissed customer

Jessica Replicas will not answer my e-mails to customer service. They say on their web site they will get back to me as soon as possible. But this has not happened. I ordered a Replica Rolex watch for $119.36. They have deducted $119.36 from my Debit Card checking account, and they say they have received zero dollars from me. What are they thinking about? Their site says they will respond in 24 hours to my e-mails. It's been over 24 hours. What is going on with these people. What should I do. Any suggestions are welcome.

I ordered 2 rolex watches and I am very happy with my purchase. The only thing is these watches you need to wear all the time otherwise after 2 days they stop working if you put them away,it is like movement thing ,once you set the time and wear it, is working fine.

:) Doesn't look fake. Friends are jealous, hehehe for about $100 or so.

Jessica replicas does not produce what they advertise!!

I just got my Rolex date-just and as I feared, the watch did not have the *** mechanism that stops the second hand when you change the time as they advertised!(one of the main reasons I bought this watch!) I have made multiple attempts to contact them but again no response. They were quick to respond before I bought the watch, but once purchased no one will return an email or a phone call. I am very disappointed as they were recommended as one of the "real" companies to buy from...nothing could be further from the truth!!!

Don't waste your money!

The quality of the watches and the customer service is garbage. I bought two watches from these people. One didn't work at all. After several emails to them, they sent me some instructions on how to wind the watch. They also changed the dates on my emails to make it appear that they had responded weeks sooner than they actually did. The second watch actually worked after it was wound, but after 2 or 3 days, the "gold" plating had worn off areas and the strap broke. If you read a positive review about this company, it must have been posted by one of their own staff. The products are absolute junk.

Worst watch ever, do not buy!

I got the watch about three weeks ago and have been trying to get a replacement ever since. It does not work, the second hand keeps getting stuck the face is all jacked up. Pins do not line up, second hand is faded, the little hands to not line up with the markers. I contacted the customer support via live chat and they kept saying they would send an email to their shipping and customer service department. I never got a response. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company, as well as the FBI. We will see what happens. One way or the other I will get them shut down at least shipping to the US.

Watch band is terrible

Jessica Replicas They have a watch band on the rolex submariner watch that can not be adjusted and is too big and it broke when I tried to adjust the band. The rolex box is warped and made of synthetic material. The back is plastic not wood. The watch has the number 116610 on the back. That is all I really have to say about them. Boy the 100 word minimum is a lot. On the upside they did take credit cards so I think I will file a complaint with my credit card company if they don't give me my money back.

After purchase they have not returned any of my emails and phone customer support is a joke after getting the same recorded message 4 times in quick succession about all customer support people being busy on other calls the call disconnected. Is all a *** fraud

i recently purchased a 2005 white gold daytona RXA017. This watch has already stopped working and the clasp on the band broke.

I did contact their customer support and I was very satisfied with their service. After a week, I have a replacement watch that im using now.

What is important to me is that the website where i ordered the watch from is that it has a payment form of credit card, western union or paypal. Luckily i found that website and that is jessicareplicas.com. They do have a 24/7 phone and chat support. They also have a email support where email gets answered within 24 hours. I receive email confirmations with regards to my order. They also provide tracking numbers. The watches itself shows class upon receipt. It does look like the original one. They also have a one year warranty. The only problem with them is with the shipping department. I can actually recommend this with my friends.

They pop up at the top on google search and I ordered my watches over a week ago and have yet to receive them or my tracking number but do continue to receive promises that the watches are on their way. At this point in time I am unable to state whether they are a scam or not but I hope they aren't and I will update further.
